Work covered by these Technical Specifications is entitled "CONSTRUCTION OF LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION IN SUNTERRA PHASE 8 NORTH POND FOR WALLER COUNTY M.U.D. NO. 35, WALLER COUNTY, TEXAS." 2. Description of Work. a. Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. b. The Work, in general, under this Contract includes the purchase, installation, and construction of all structures, equipment, and materials, including appurtenances, as indicated on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows: i. Install trees, landscape material, sod, and hydromulch; ii. Install and adjust irrigation waterlines, valves, valve boxes, flushing valves, fitting, and appurtenances; iii. Furnish and install all subsidiary items as necessary to complete the project; iv. Perform testing as specified on installed irrigation lines; v. Clean-up project area upon completion; and vi. Perform landscape maintenance as required.
