Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Design plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of April 10, 2025, per owner, architect has been identified. Project is in San Miguel. RFP included management of the total project. They are in the design phase, construction has not begun, no date set. Requesting proposals for engineering, architecture, and project management services to assist all land grants in New Mexico that are considered as political subdivisions of the State of New Mexico in the design and construction of buildings improvements and renovations, new construction, project management, sewer and water systems, electrical and mechanical systems, historic building preservation, and other needs of the natural and physically built areas of properties owned and managed by the Land Grants. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The term of the resulting contract/price agreement will be for two years with one two-year renewal. This RFP will result in multiple source awards through which contracts may be awarded to one or more firms in one or more of the practice areas listed in the Scope of work.
