IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN ELIGIBLE BID, CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO GET A COPY OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FROM HANNA ENGINEERING.****** The Project consists of installing a permanent diesel-powered bypass pump at the existing sewer pump station along with approximately 100 linear feet of discharge force main, associated appurtenances and miscellaneous site improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) (Grant No. A-23-C092), which is administered by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) and funded by the federal State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All federal SLFRF requirements and SCIIP requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM) and may not be debarred from doing business with the federal government. Respondents on this work will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations. Bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified within the bid documents. RIA must be allowed to review and approve all information submitted by the bidder prior to issuance of a contract Notice of Award. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No bid will be considered unless the bidder is legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Law (South Carolina Code of Laws as amended on April 1, 1999, Chapter 11, Sections 40-11-10 through 40-11-428). Contractors shall have a classification of WL. No bidder may withdraw the bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening and thereof.
