Addition and renovation of Antoine-Brossard high school building. The scope of work includes the construction of an approximately 6,600 m2 expansion and upgrades to the current building area. This project aims to add 592 student spaces that will bring the total number of students to 2,539 student spaces, to create 25 new classrooms, two laboratories dedicated to arts and sciences, as well as numerous collaborative spaces for students. The existing swimming pool will be transformed into sports facilities housing a double gymnasium. The project also includes outdoor amenities designed to enhance the student experience. Note. The project will be carried out in collaboration with the Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI). TIMELINE: Following the request for proposals OP-SERV.PRO.-ACC/20007782 the owner has awarded a project manager.
