The Georgia Institute of Technology (hereafter "GT"), A Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Owner), Infrastructure & Sustainability (I&S) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (Step 1) from firms interested in providing FY25 General Contractor Job Order Contracting Service for construction and maintenance projects at GT Atlanta campus on an as-needed basis. The contract term is one (1) year with the possibility of four (4) renewals for a total of five (5) year term. Firms deemed especially qualified will be invited to Bid (Step 2). Contract, if awarded, will be on a blanket order basis. Both performance and payment bonds will be required in an amount equal to 100% for any Job Order Agreement over $100,000.00. The scopes of services may vary from project to project. Projects may consist of, but may not be limited to, certain renovations and related building repair and maintenance work for the various facilities at GT.
