Band hall addition and renovation The bond projects include, but are not limited to: a new multi-purpose building, tennis courts, band hall addition and renovation, safety and security upgrades, infrastructure repair and renovations. New Diana ISD will award based upon the construction manager providing the best value for the District and the weighted criteria in the Request for Proposals (RFP) Package. The selection of the Construction Manager shall be in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F.
