Site work and paving for a civil project in Barrie, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This ITT consists of the maintenance of two (2) sites, including the Ferndale Drive North outfall rehabilitation project and the Fairview Road culvert and outfall channel rehabilitation. The scope of work for the Ferndale Drive North outfall rehabilitation will entail filling in the undermined concrete headwall with concrete grouting, the installation of an armourstone scour pad, installation of riffle stone placement, and installation of a vegetated buttress. The scope of work for the Fairview Road culvert and outfall channel rehabilitation will consist of sediment removal from the existing culvert and Whiskey Creek, rebuilding the failed outfall channel (swale) adjacent to Fairview Road, and installing an infiltration conduit. The Contractor shall schedule the Work to ensure that the following timing requirements are met at each site: a) Fairview Road Culvert and Outfall Channel Rehabilitation: i. Substantial Performance shall be attained by October 1, 2024. ii. The Work must be fully complete including all deficiencies by November 1, 2024 b) Ferndale Drive North Outfall Rehabilitation: i. No work shall commence until October 1, 2024, at the earliest. ii. Substantial Performance shall be attained by December 13, 2024. iii.
