Site work and paving for a civil project in Raton, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
As of October 3, 2024 project was awarded to KC & MC Services, LLC, awarded amount is $74,671.04. The project includes constructing a new sludge field, including a surrounding berm (approximately 1.5-4' high), diversion ditch, access road, and culverts with end sections and erosion protection. The area of the new sludge field is approximately 25 acres. Question Deadline 08/06/2024 Questions posted to the Engineer after may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than nine (9) calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered (See Notice of Invitation to Bid for the actual question deadline) Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Site Directions: Hereford Ave. dead ends to the east at the Raton Wastewater Treatment Facility, which is where the project is located.
