Site work for a parking garage in Canton, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a parking garage.
As of 8/22/2024 This project was unable to be awarded. It will be rebid in the near future. Repairs to the Executive level of the City Hall Parking Garage. Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Purchasing Department, at purchasing@cantonohio.gov The total estimated construction cost for the Base Bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $350,000.00. Owner will provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes, clean up, and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Owner's policies relative to excavation and utility locates. Bidders may contact Cliff Graves, The City of Canton, at cliff.graves@cantonohio.gov or 330-438-4191 if they have any interest in accessing the Project site, independent of any pre-bid meeting.
