Renovation of an educational facility in Buhl, Idaho. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of September 19, 2024 project will be awarded. No date for rebid.** Remove existing boiler system and associated components. Install new boiler system and associated components. Remove existing exterior door, cut existing masonry wall, install steel support frame and install new hollow metal frame and door with a new concrete landing. Contractors wishing to submit bids must hold a current Public Works Contractors License, commensurate with the size of contract and must submit a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the additional necessary bond(s) for the faithful performance of the contract and supply the necessary insurance documents as prescribed in the contract documents. Bids received after the bid opening time will not be considered and no bidder may withdraw his bid after the bid opening time or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The Board of Trustees of Joint School District No.412 reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor irregularities, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best.
