Seal bids for facade paint removal/re-painting and awning replacement of 140 E Main St. Whiteville, TN 38075 Please contact city hall for bid details. 731-254-8523 The Town of Whiteville is seeking bids for the renovation of the facade at 117 W Main St, Whiteville, TN 38075. Qualified contractors are invited to submit bids for the following work: 1. Paint Removal and Replacement- Remove existing paint from facade (432 square feet)- Prepare surface and apply new paint 2. Door Replacement- Remove existing front door- Install new 32 in x 80 in x 4-9/16 in steel pre-hung front door with brickmould and insulating core- Install single awning above new door 3. Window Trimming- Replace trimming on two front windows 4. Signage- Install new business sign (details to be provided) Bidders are required to provide an itemized breakdown of costs, including: a. Paint removal and replacement b. Door replacement and awning installation c. Window trimming replacement d. Sign installation e. Labor costs f.
