The project consists of rehabilitation of approximately 105,126 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sanitary sewers by cured-in-place pipe, including 1,856 service lead reconnects, 74 point repairs, 175 lead repairs, 716 linear feet of pipe bursting, approximately 225 vertical feet of manhole coatings, sanitary sewer junction box coatings and permanent bypass connections, other miscellaneous repairs, and pre and post-construction sanitary sewer cleaning and televising. The project is located within Bridgestone Sections 1-6 and Bridgestone West Sections 1-2 in Bridgestone Municipal Utility District, within the City of Houston Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, Harris County Key Map 291-W & 330-A. The bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bond payable to the Owner. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid/Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open.
