Reference number: 20009317 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-08-08 Modernization and Upgrading of the Vertical Transport System - École St-Thomas The work covered by this contract includes: The complete execution of all of the following work, but not limited to: - Replacement of the existing freight elevator with an elevator - Related electrical, mechanical and architectural work The contractor must refer to the architectural and engineering plans and specifications attached to the tender documents. Also included in the scope of work are all temporary protections and arrangements during construction, site clean-up, rework, and other work necessary to complete the work. All grouting, repairs and drilling required to complete the work herein are included. Start of work: Although the exact date of work is subject to the manufacturing lead time for the new elevator components, for the purposes of this call for tenders, we consider that the work will take place between April and July 2025.
