Site work and renovation of a civil project in Webster, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of October 15, 2024 bids were rejected and it will be rebid at a later date. The scope of this project consists primarily of installing emergency generators, including supporting infrastructure, at existing sanitary sewer lift stations. BIDDERS should inspect the site and be knowledgeable of all local conditions. Time of completion shall be 180 calendar days, including weekends and holidays. All bids must be plainly marked with the project name and bid number. No faxed bids will be accepted. The deadline to ask questions is 8/09/2024 12:00 PM CST. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the owner, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guaranty. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond each in the amount of the contract and a maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. THE CITY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities and award the bid to the lowest responsive and most qualified bidder.
