Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol’s (CHP), Gilroy Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) – Northbound (N/B) and Southbound (S/B),Platform Scale, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Scale Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Questions Due August 20, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from October 1, 2024 (or upon approval, whichever is later) through September 30, 2027 CHP reserves the right to reject all bids and to cancel this IFB if it is in the best interest of CHP to do so.
