Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for general construction and trail improvements for Emerald View Park. Emerald View Park is an over 250-acre regional park located in the Mount Washington, Duquesne Heights, and Allentown neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. Phase 1 includes enhancements to several vehicular and pedestrian trailheads and trail segments within the park. Improvements include asphalt, concrete and gravel paving, fencing, stormwater management, stone walls and landscape boulders, site furniture, signage, timber box steps, trail stonework and regrading, and planting.
