Site work and paving for a civil project in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Request for Proposal (Rfp) Describes the Services to Be Provided That Includes Restoring Wetland Conditions by Excavating Material and Filling in the Incised Channels. Removal of Current Road Crossing and Culverts Across the Floodplain Will Be Removed. Large Woody Material Will Be Distributed Throughout the Project. The Contractor Will Also Be Expected to Construct an Elk Fence and Plant the Disturbed Areas. Project Habitat Restoration Elements Will Be Constructed in Accordance With the Final Design and Implementation Plan. The Final Design Includes All Necessary Construction Protocols, Design Plan Sets, and Technical Specifications. The Grmw, Odfw, Usfs, and Selected Contractor Will Use These Documents to Implement the Restoration Project.
