Site work for a civil project in Largo, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of Miscellaneous Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Rehabilitation which consists of maintenance; rehabilitation and repair of sanitary sewer lift stations and associated infrastructure by use of any of the various items listed in the bid form, as determined by the City. The work may include, but not be limited to, the replacement of pumps piping, valves, access hatches, concrete structures, control panels, and the installation of stand-by generators Question Deadline 07/29/2024 The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Office of Performance and Budget, 201 Highland Avenue, Largo, FL 33770. Direct questions concerning this Bid to Kezia Southern, Procurement Analyst, ksouthern@largo.com. The City reserves the right to award separate contracts for the various rehabilitation methods. The decision on which method will be used in any given situation will be made at the sole discretion of the City. The repairs assigned to the Contractor may require prioritization by the City. The Owner may order the Contractor to complete the awarded work in accordance with a specific chronological sequence. The term of this engagement will be from the date of award through September 30, 2025. The City reserves the right to extend the Contract for one additional one-year extension with mutual agreement between Contractor and Owner. The estimated quantities identified in the Schedule of Bid Prices are for comparison only. The locations to be repaired will be as directed by the City of Largo designated representative. The Work shall be assigned on a Task Order basis as need arises. Bids will be received for multiple blanket Contracts. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. SCOPE OF WORK A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to modify, alter and/or convert existing structures as shown or specified. B. Existing structures, piping, and equipment shall be removed and dismantled as necessary for the installation of the new equipment in accordance with the requirements herein specified.
