Renovation of a municipal facility in Beloit, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,680-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

Work Included 1. Throughout progress of the work, each Contractor shall maintain an accurate record of all changes in the Contract Documents, as described in Article 3.01 below. 2. Upon completion of the work of this contract, transfer the recorded changes to a set of Record Documents, as described in Article 3.02 below. All Bidders must execute and file a Bidders Proof of Responsibility Questionnaire no later than the close of business on 08/01/2024 which is seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening The Work for Which Bids Are Asked Includes the Following: Approximately: the Work for Which Bids Are Asked Includes, but Not Necessarily Limited to, Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Tools, and Equipment Necessary for The Repair of the West Wall, Roof Structure, Eave, Soffit, Cupola and Roof Finish Replacement for the Building Located at 1005 Pleasant St. Beloit, Wi 53511 and Miscellaneous Items Associated With Above Work. All Work Will Be Issued Under A Single Prime Contract for General Construction. Bid Security: A Certified Check or Satisfactory Bid Bond Payable to the City of Beloit in the Amount Of 5% of the Bid Shall Accompany Each Bid as a Guarantee, That if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Agreement, the Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, as Required by The Contract Documents, Within Ten (10) Days After the Notice of Award of the Contract by the City of Beloit. Failure of the Part of the Bidder to Do So Will Result in Forfeiture of the Bidder's Certified Check Or Bid Bond to the City of Beloit as Liquidated Damages. Contract Security: the Bidder to Whom a Contract is Awarded Shall Be Required to Furnish Both A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond Acceptable to the City of Beloit for 110% of the Contract Price for Each of the Above Bonds, in Accordance With the Requirement of the Contract Documents. Bid Rejection: the City of Beloit Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities In Bidding, or to Accept the Bid or Bids, Which Best Serve the Interests of the City of Beloit.
