This project consists of a new traffic signal at Wolf River Blvd and Houston High School and includes installing decorative mast arm poles, associated pedestrian equipment, cabling, conduit, pullboxes, traffic signal cabinets and controllers, curb and gutter, curb ramps, driveway apron, pavement markings and signage as well as any other equipment needed to provide a fully functioning traffic signal. A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the "Tennessee Code Annotated" and Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680-5-3 prequalification of contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished.
