Construction Manager at Risk Services - Centennial Park Renovation Each submission must be accompanied by a Bid Bond worth five percent (5%) of the estimated construction costs. The Successful Respondent will also be required to prove Payment, Performance, and Maintenance bonds within ten (10) days after Council approval of a Guaranteed Maximum Price ("GMP"). This is a one (1) time contract. Desired start of construction is Fall 2024 for Phase 1 and Summer/Fall 2025 for Phase II. Questions will be answered until Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 4:00 PM CST . All questions must be submitted in writing via online or via e-mail to Elizabeth Anderson at eanderson@uptexas.org. Questions will not be answered over the phone. Estimated Amount: $3,900,000.00
