Reference Number 0000358088 The City of Castle Pines is requesting written proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for the development of an overlay zoning project that would incentivize affordable workforce housing, improve processing, and implement a system to expedite the development review process for affordable housing projects or generally advance affordable housing goals in Castle Pines, Colorado. This RFP is a competitive bid based on respondent qualifications and service capabilities among other factors, to select a consultant that best meets the needs of the City. It is not a competitive bid based on price. This RFP contains the instructions governing the proposals to be submitted, the materials to be included therein, and the requirements that must be met to be eligible for consideration.
