Renovation of an educational facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

SIIT Saskatoon Campus, located at 229 4th Ave. South in Saskatoon, has a 2 storey Parkade attached to the main campus building. This Parkade requires electrical repairs and upgrades. The repairs and upgrades include removal and replacement of corroded components of the electrical distribution system, replacement of existing fluorescent lighting with new LED lights and the installation of six (6) electric vehicle Level 2 charging stations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Form of Contract will be Stipulated Price. The Type of contract used will be CCDC 2 2020.
