Huffman Road Reconstruction Biron Each Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check Payable to the Owner Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Proposal or a Bid Bond of a Bonding Company Duly Authorized to Do Business in the State of Wisconsin in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Proposal. This Proposal Guarantee Shall Be Subject to Forfeiture as Provided by Law. Each Bidder Must Deposit With His Bid, Security in the Amount, Form and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders. Work Under the Contract Will Begin on or About April 21, 2025. All Work Under the Contract Shall Be Completed Within 120 Consecutive Calendar Days (on or About August 18, 2025). Bidder Agrees to Pay as Liquidated Damages, the Sum of $500.00 for Each Consecutive Day Thereafter. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within 30 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or Parts Thereof and to Waive Any Informalities Therein.
