Renovation of a medical facility in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Irving Roof Portion Repair Roofing Scope Area 3 Total 7,192 SF Stock the roof with the materials ensuring the material weight is distributed to ensure the roof is not overloaded. Tear off the existing membrane flashings, and metal caps. . Legally dispose of the debris generated from the roof removal in accordance with local and state guidelines. . Mechanically fasten John Manville 115 MIL FleeceBack TPO membrane over the existing roof per manufactures specifications. Prep the walls using new 1/4" Densdeck re sheathing over the existing and adhere a new 60 Mil TPO wall flashing. . Over the newly flashed walls, install a 22 Gauge metal cleat and 24 Gauge Pre-Finished Coping cap per the ANSI-SPRI guidelines (Note: Standard colors Included in Bid). . Flash all penetrations using unsupported flashing membrane or prefabricated pipe boots per the manufacturer's specifications. . Install new 24-gauge Prefinished metal counter flashing at all existing roof top curbs. . Provide the owner with a 20-year manufacturer's NDL warranty. .
