Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
This project is located within the City of Bozeman on Kagy Boulevard from approximately S. 19th Avenue to S. Willson Avenue. The scope of work for this project includes widening and reconstruction of Kagy Boulevard from S. 19th Avenue to S. Willson Avenue with intersection improvements. This includes two travel lanes in each direction, new curb and gutter, boulevards, shared-use paths on both sides of the roadway, lighting, landscaping, storm drain, pedestrian crossing facilities via grade separation and/or at-grade solutions and raised median/turn lanes. Intersection improvements include two multi-lane roundabouts: one at the S. 11th Avenue intersection and another at the S. 7th Avenue intersection and signal improvements and protected intersection components at the S. Willson Avenue intersection. Question Deadline 04/08/2026 The Question and Answer Forum will close seven calendar days prior to the Technical Proposal due date. Question and Answer Forum will not reopen for bidding questions, submit any price proposal questions ahead of the Question and Answer Forum closure date.
