Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the construction of a 3,000-square-foot educational facility.
The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for the complete demolition and removal of rooms 121 and 122 to create (2) new spaces each roughly 1,500 SF. The new spaces will be a for a new Herbies Market with Walk-out technology and the remodel and expansion of the UNL Tech Store. A temp wall will be required to encase the entire construction area, winning bidder will be required to begin temp wall construction as soon as possible. Questions Deadline 8/7/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT) In order to be given consideration, any questions or requests for bid interpretation must be received by the University of Nebraska Procurement Services office no later than this date/time.
