Renovation of a detention facility in Concord, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is seeking a vendor to provide materials and labor for a Roof Top Unit (RTU) replacement at the Cabarrus Youth Development Center. Offer shall be valid for at least ninety (90) days from date of bid opening or if extended by mutual agreement in writing of the parties. Any withdrawal of this offer shall be made in writing, effective upon receipt by the agency issuing this IFB. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Contract for a one-time purchase to provide materials and labor to replace the HVAC System at the Cabarrus Youth Development Center located at 850 Holshouser Road in Concord, North Carolina for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto.
