The facility is the former Hospitality Inn Motel at 7990 Garden Grove Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92683. It is a class C building that was erected in 1973 and sits on a site of approximately 0.81 acres (parcel 096-281-09). It will not be a medical or healthcare facility. Expected Duration of Initial Agreement Completion of construction, approx. 1 1/2 yrs. Options to Extend One option for a one year extension Question Deadline 08/01/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Submit all questions via electronically.
