Any such bid bond shall be without endorsement or conditions. Bids shall also be accompanied by a certificate letter from a surety company stating that it will provide the bidder with the completion bond. The Township of Belleville reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Township of Belleville, in accordance with applicable law. The Township of Belleville reserves the right to consider the bids. No interpretations of the meaning of the drawings, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally.
