Location 864 State Highway 68 Canton NY 13617 Prospective Bidders may request clarifications of the bidding documents at other times from the Architect by sending their written questions Corey Mousaw at 315.627.3856 or emailing to cmousaw@labellapc.com no later than three days prior to bid due date. If the Bidder's proposal is accepted, bidder will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute separate Payment and Performance Bond each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. Payment and Performance Bond shall be obtained from Surety Companies with a Best Rating of A (excellent or better). The Town of Pierrepont reserves the right to consider all bids for a period of not to exceed forty-five (45) days following the bid opening before awarding the Contract, during which period bids shall not be withdrawn, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, and to award the Contract in the Owner's best interest. The date of substantial completion for the work shall be no later than 1 year after contract award. A penalty of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per day may be assessed for late substantial completion.
