Beam Guide Rail, Bridge Base Bid 2: . 19,880 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3" or Less . 2,930 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course . 1,010 L.F. 9" x 18" Concrete Vertical Curb. The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 60 calendar days of notice to proceed. certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid and, not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract.
