The project, in general, consists of but not limited to, demolition of an existing restroom building and play structure area, a portion of the parking lot and adjacent concrete walkways. Grading for new building pad, play equipment areas and parking. Reconnect existing utilities to new restroom building. Construct new accessible parking stalls, install pre-manufactured restroom building, play equipment and rubber safety surfacing.
