Mesa County is seeking a firm to clean and investigate existing storm sewer assets. The County has approximately 30 miles of storm sewer conduit, 1283 storm inlets, and 712 storm manholes. The firm will be responsible for cleaning, inventorying, and conducting CCTV inspections of 22 miles of storm conduit. Additionally, they will perform Level 1 inspections on 428 manholes. The main task of the consultant will be to clean storm structures to ensure that the CCTV digital video captures the complete internal area of each structure. During the inspection process, the consultant must identify any immediate areas of concern. In addition to the cleaning and inspection work, the selected consultant will be required to updated Mesa County’s storm sewer database with critical information for each structure. This project aims to maintain and improve the storm sewer system in Mesa County Any questions or problems with the web page should be directed to Pam Hawkins at 970-244-1765 Mesa County reserves the right to accept the proposals or any portion of the proposals by a competent firm, as determined by the statement of qualification and the proposals, which is deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
