Renovation of a parking garage in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Project Consists of Installation of Owner-furnished Generators, Paralleling Switchgear, Anddiesel Fuel Storage Tank as Well as Installation of New Natural Gasequipment and Piping. Also Included With the Project Installation is a New Hvac Fan Coil Unit, telecommunications Pathways Forcontrol Systems, Structural Foundation Construction and Modifications, and New Exhaust Piping Forthe Generators. Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum Basis as Indicated in the Bid Form. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Security in Accordance Withthe Instructions to Bidders. Thesuccessful Bidder Must Furnish performance and Payment Bondsin Accordance With the Contract documents. All Bidders Shall Make Goodfaith Efforts, as Defined by Appendix a of 49 Cfr Part 26, Regulations of the Office of the Secretaryof Transportation, to Subcontract a Minimum of 18% of the Dollarvalue of the Prime Contract Tosmall Business Concerns Ownedand Controlled by Socially Andeconomically Disadvantaged Individuals Dbe). Bidders Must Be Licensed Toperform Work Within the State of Arkansas Civil Rights Title Vi Assurance the Little Rock Municipalairport Commission, in Accordance With the Provisions of Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 Bids Must Remain in Effect For90 Days After the Bid Openingdate. Within 90 Days From the Bid Date, the Owner May Award Thecontract to the Lowest Responsive, Responsible Bidder or Reject Any or All Bids for the Project. The Little Rock Municipalairport Commission Reservesthe Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Irregularities in the Bids and Bidding Deemed to Be in the Best Interests of the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission, and to Reject Nonconforming, Nonresponsive, or Conditional Bids.
