Reference Number 0000274786 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/01 12:00:00 PM CDT The Government of Manitoba, as represented by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure (MTI), invites bidders to submit a Form of Offer for Crack Sealant Testing Services. The term of the Agreement is anticipated to be for an initial period of twelve (12) months. As agreed to by the Service Provider and Manitoba, subject to available appropriation, satisfactory performance and the need for an extension of the Work, Manitoba reserves the right to extend the Agreement for an additional period of twelve (12) months, for a total term of up to twenty four (24) months. Commercial General Liability Insurance Covering Claims for Personal and Bodily Injury, Death or Damage to Property Arising Out of the Service Provider or Its Officers, Employees, Subcontractors or Agents Performing the Work Under the Contract, or as a Result of Any Negligent Acts or Omissions of the Service Provider or Its Officers, Employees, Subcontractors or Agents. Such Insurance Shall Provide Coverage of Not Less Than Two (2) Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) Per Occurrence).
