Given the many features and challenges of the Jewish General Hospital site, it was decided that a site visit would be mandatory before bids could be submitted. Any service provider failing to participate in this visit will automatically have its bid rejected. The site visit will provide an opportunity to explain the many issues and particularities that need to be taken into account in the execution of this contract. The site visit will take place as follows: i) Presentation of the mandate and information ii) Tour of the pavilions (exterior and roof) iii) Question periods Allow 4 hours for site visit Delivery schedule Observation: given the context of the first year, the successful bidder will have to determine with the client what should be prioritized for the first year (2024), as it is highly likely that not everything can be achieved for the exterior.
