Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Scottsdale, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
As of September 13, 2024, construction is estimated to start in mid to late November. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Scottsdale invites sealed submittals to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to provide construction services for public improvements for the Kilo Apron Rehabilitation project. The Project scope of work will consist of the one bid schedule. The Project area spans from Apron Connector A10 to Aircraft Access Gate 6. Project elements include removal of existing airfield pavement, scarify and re-compaction of existing aggregate base, and paving new asphalt surface course. Additional Project improvements include the replacement of airfield markings. There are no drainage or electrical improvements included in this Project.
