Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, permits, transportation, and disposal services for various tree trimming, thinning (to reduce shade), deadwood and/or limb removal, specialty pruning, and removal of resulting waste/debris for disposal at an off-site processing center services for the Small Terrace Beds 15, 16, 17, 18, 18A, 19, 20, 21, and 21A; Swamp Beds 212 and 213; Tilia Bed + Eucalyptus 23; and cabling of one (1) red oak tree in bed 301 at Carl S. English, Jr. Botanical Gardens, Lake Washington Ship Canal (see attached Reference Images, Vicinity Map). The inventory of the Small Terrance trees includes (see attached Reference Images): Bed 15: one (1) Flowering Ash, one (1) Japanese White-bark Magnolia, one (1) California Wax Myrtle, and one (1) Wada's Memory Magnolia; Bed 16: one (1) Nikko Maple (deadwood and specialty pruning), one (1) Cornelian Cherry (deadwood and specialty pruning), one (1) Evergreen Magnolia (deadwood), one (1) Willow-leafed Magnolia (deadwood), one (1) Lace Bark Pine, one (1) Korean Pine (deadwood), one (1) Golden larch, one (1) California Allspice (deadwood), and one (1) European Mountain Ash; Bed 17: one (1) Trident Maple (deadwood and specialty pruning), one (1) Japanese Maple, one (1) Silk Tree, one (1) Strawberry Tree, one (1) Japanese Stone Oak, one (1) Yellow Cucumber Tree (deadwood), one (1) Veitch's Magnolia (deadwood), one (1) Lace Bark Pine, one (1) California Live Oak, one (1) Chinese Evergreen Oak (limb and deadwood), one (1) Huckleberry Oak (deadwood), and one (1) Oregon Myrtle (limb and deadwood); Bed 18: one (1) Turkey Oak); Bed 18A: one (1) English Oak); Bed 19: one (1) Mirbeck's Oak; Bed 20: one (1) American Beech; Bed 21A: one (1) Rocky Mountain White Oak. Bed 23: one (1) Tilia (thinned and deadwood); two (2) Scarlet Oak (deadwood); Eucalyptus rodwayi (leaning limb removed). Bed 212: one (1) Horse Chestnut, one (1) Himalayan Crabapple, two (2) Dawn Redwood, two (2) Black Tupelo, and three (3) Bald Cypress. Bed 213: one (1) Tulip Tree, four (4) Black Tupelo, one (1) Golden Bamboo, and two (2) Bald Cypress.
