Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Quebec. Design plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; fire / police facility; for the construction of a 9,960-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; 1,175-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Reconstruction of the Municipality City Hall and Fire Station. The scope of the project includes the demolition of the existing facilities and construction of a new City Hall, a Fire Station building housing municipal offices, fire station red and yellow/green zones, shared space and a shelter for small emergency vehicles. The project also includes installation of a permanent generator outside the main building. TIMELINE: Design is underway. Tender and construction schedules will be established once all approvals are in place. Further update in winter/spring, 2026.
