Demolition, site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Springdale, Arkansas. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field.
All building demolition as shown on the construction documents. This includes all structure including concrete foundations, etc. Ensure all electrical, water, sewer, and gas are disconnected, turned off, and capped. Where foundations and/or slabs are removed, backfill with select fill and crown so as to direct water away from the building pad. Asbestos abatement to be performed by others. Include protection of adjacent surfaces during demolition. Clean up as required. HVAC devices to be discharged and disposed of in a way acceptable to Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). All building components to be removed from the site by being recycled or placed in an approved landfill and as approved by Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Ensure all cuts are straight and tight to surfaces to remain. Dust control as required. Furnish all barricades and signage as required to maintain safety for others during demolition. This project includes construction of Mill Street Park in Springdale, AR. The scope of work includes structure demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving, pavement specialties, fencing, concrete, landscaping, and electrical. *Lump sum proposal for Bid Packages 1A-32D Please send RFI's to Scott Jones at sjones@mstonecc.com.
