Construction Manger at Risk for MIT at Riverside Elementary School District. Performance security shall be in the form of a performance bond, certified check, or cashier's check. This security must be in the possession of the District Purchasing Department within the time specified or ten (10) days after agreement of GMP. If the contractor fails to execute the security document as required, the contractor may be found in default and the contract terminated by the District. In case of default, the District reserves all legal rights to rectify matter. All performance bonds must be executed on forms substantially equivalent to Performance Bond format attached to this RFQ. Riverside Elementary School District #2 is an elementary school district in the southwestern region of Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 1872, the Riverside School District is one of the oldest school districts in Phoenix. The district has traditionally served a rural farming community with a low population density and presently is surrounded by industrial complexes. Riverside Elementary School District #2 is issuing this RFQ seeking Qualifications for CM@R Services for MIT at Riverside Elementary School District. Phase 3 and 4 of the Master Plan at an occupied campus, for a new Gymnasium, Cafeteria, and Classroom buildings at Maricopa Institute of Technology. It services students in 8-12 grades. The Districts anticipates using this space on July 2026. Rights of Waiver, Rejection, and Cancellation. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Solicitation, District may waive any minor informality, reject any and all Offers or portions thereof, or cancel a Solicitation. As of November 7, 2024, this project is not yet under construction. The construction manager has been identified. A firm construction timeline has not been established; however, construction could begin spring 2025 and finish spring 2026.
