Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit for Kline Racine Hydraulic Pump Replacement/Rebuild as detailed in the attached solicitation. NOTE: Interested parties shall submit a capabilities package to include a capabilities statement and technical documentation showing experience and qualification as detailed in Section 5.0 of the Performance Work Statement section of the attached solicitation. Contractors MUST conduct a MANDATORY SITE VISIT.
