Request for Proposals The Highlands Housing Authority (Authority) is requesting statements of qualifications from architectural and engineering firms (Professional) to provide the inspection, written reports and construction management services needed to inspect and identify deficient work or outdated components that should be replaced for 2 elevator cars at Ptak Towers, located at 215 Shore Drive, Highlands, NJ 07732 Work may include all components of the elevators other than interior cab finishes. The existing building elevators consist of (2) piston, hydraulic cars. Work is not limited to mechanical, electrical, or controls. The Authority has limited existing drawings of the elevators. Interested firms must be able to complete Phase I inspection and reporting, for that portion of the bidding documents by November 1 2024. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received for these services. It also reserves the right to terminate the architect/engineer, for convenience, at any time during the term of the contract.
