Upgrades and improvements to the library of the Plateau-Mont-Royal Cultural Centre. The scope of work includes the replacement of three ventilation units and related electrical and mechanical work. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning are in a very advanced stage. Working drawings are expected to begin in late fall 2025. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in early/spring 2026.
