The scope of work consists of the replacement of the hanger rod assemblies in the Wilson Tunnel plenum and traffic control during construction. Question Deadline 08/06/2024 All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in online no less than 14 calendar days before bid opening. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering "A" license prior to the award of contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $5,000,000 and $6,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
