On-Call Painting Services. Question Deadline 08/07/2024 at 12:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Typical services for this Contract may consist of but are not limited to the following specific tasks: Inspections, Repairs, Servicing, Replacements and, Installations. The City of Torrance ("City") is soliciting proposals to select qualified contractors to provide painting services on an on-call basis for an estimated three-year term, with a non-guaranteed not-to-exceed amount of $200,000. The contract will be for a minimum 3-year term, with the option to extend two additional one-year terms. Up to five (5) contractors may be selected to provide as-needed services including being issued a task order related to facilities improvement project. The City will issue task orders for each request based on the scope of work, qualifications, work schedule, and fee reasonableness. The City may solicit proposals from two or more pre-qualified contractors.. The City reserves the right to revise or amend these specifications prior to the date set for opening proposals. Revisions and amendments will be identified by an addendum to this RFQ. If the revisions require additional time to enable vendors to respond, the City may postpone the opening date accordingly.
