Reference Number 0000358376 4-year city-wide joing and crack sealing program The approximate quantities involved in this work are as follows: Year 2024 Cleaning and Sealing Existing Joints and Random Cracks 74,600 Ft Year 2025 Cleaning and Sealing Existing Joints and Random Cracks 53,450 Ft Year 2026 Cleaning and Sealing Existing Joints and Random Cracks 49,900 Ft Year 2027 Cleaning and Sealing Existing Joints and Random Cracks 45,000 Ft together with related work as well as cleanup and restoration General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %. A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Pleasant Ridge, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds and Insurance Certificates as outlined in the Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, accept any bid and to waive any informalities or technicality when deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
