**As of August 16, 2024, this project has been awarded to Black Rock Enterprises, LLC, awarded amount not available.** The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to road reconstruction, milling, paving, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway aprons, curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, curb, pavement striping, inlet repairs, installation of inlets and pipes, and site restoration. All work on this contract shall be completed within 75 calendar days. The Township intends to award a contract on August 22, 2024 and commence work on September 30, 2024. The Township of Lakewood reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Township of Lakewood. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Township of Lakewood in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 of the amount bid. Any such bid bond shall be without endorsement or conditions.
