Reference Number 0000274931 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/26 12:00:00 AM EDT Bidders shall include all Supervision, labour, materials, tools, equipment, services, etc. required to complete all PD-Geotechnical Investigations Works to the full extent of the drawings, specification, and Tender Package PD-03.0 for a Complete Scope. Review all drawings, specification and notes of all disciplines to ensure that the complete scope of work is captured. Note: drawings of all disciplines are all inter-related. The scope of work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Investigations as indicated in the following documents Englobe SI-5000 Environmental and Subsurface Investigations dated May 30, 2024 Drilling of boreholes ranging from 4.5m to 28m in depth, as detailed in Sl Drilling in rock at depths starting between 1m and 4.5m below grade Conduct overburden sampling (SPT) and bedrock coring (HQ3) as per drilling program in SI Perform Packer tests (single or double) Conduct additional borehole tests as per SI (Step test, 24hr pumping test) Supply and Installation of monitoring wells, and all ancillary material and accessories required for a complete installation Backfilling of boreholes with cementitious bentonite grout Reinstatement of surface to match surrounding (cold patch asphalt, concrete, landscaped areas, etc..) Appropriately containerize, store and dispose of all excess soil cuttings and water, as detailed in Sl Perform site clean-up, for own work, ensure site is left in safe and clean for future use. Allow for street sweeping as required. Provide support to consultant performing Acoustic and Optical televiewer investigations Dewatering and discharge water management for your own work Provide all equipment required for the completion of own work Public and private Locates as required by regulations Traffic control for own works Coring Water Source Permits as required for own work City of Ottawa Bonding as required for own work.
